I loved nicely furnished room here.
That was appealing and fantastic hotel set in safe area, very close to the restaurants and the television tower and shopping centers and restaurant. The staff was helpful and attentive every time I needed help. The room was separate and with nice beds. The bathrooms here were large. It had perfect location around 4-6 minutes walk from Monumental Axis Highway. The venue took care of the good service. The pool on the premises was good.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was close to a beautiful park and within walking distance of the football stadium. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, although I wish there were more fresh vegetables available. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

the breakfast was very good. a lot of variety of fruits and in great quantity. variety of homemade bread. very good presentation, the atmosphere of the breakfast very pleasant. The hall was nice but small. there was a sauna working, only very hot. it has a very small gym but you can access the gym of the block D that has a super luxury gym with lots of equipment, very good atmosphere. I liked it very much. The location is very good, it leaves you in front of the airport executive bus. they have very good wifi. spacious rooms with independent room and two tables. and with a dressing room. it has a professional hair dryer and they lend you the bathroom outlet. they give you slippers and it has a water heater. really very complete.
the bathroom could be newer, it looks a little old. the couch in the living room looks very old. despite having been on the 9th floor one sunday morning I was woken up by the noises made by the people who were drinking in a little bar in front of the hotel. it was already 4:30 and they were still screaming and drinking. I had already stayed in this hotel a few years ago, but I forgot about this detail, because on the other occasion people were also drinking and screaming and fighting until the early hours of the morning. I was hungry at night and I went to the restaurant in block D which is more of a luxury, when I entered there was a woman at one table, a man at another, and outside on the terrace there was a group of about 10 people. I sat down and they did not come to attend me, they could have left me the menu, but they continued attending only to the others, I had to make signs for someone to come, after I made the order of a salad a risotto and a tonic water, after much comes the salad that by the way very big and delicious, only that a little sweeter of the normal thing, the water never appeared, then came the risotto very big the portion but nothing out of the normal thing, for the price I thought that it would be delicious, it was not. And then the waiter comes in and asks me if I want a tonic water? I almost finished my meal. when I finished I asked for the bill, they didn't come again. then I got up and went to the counter to ask for the bill. the guy who served me on the balcony was nice, he noticed the bad service and asked me what I thought. I told him I was badly served, and he admitted that he couldn't manage with only three guys, and apologized and gave me a dessert. I would have preferred a good discount. for what I paid I think it wasn't worth it. it's a shame because the hotel is very good. I'd go back to the hotel but not to the restaurant.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre, fulfilled all our needs. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were amazing and relaxing. The professional massage service was top-notch and we felt rejuvenated afterwards. The restaurant buffet had an array of fresh food options and the in-room breakfast service was prompt.
The only minor issue we experienced was the slow drain of the sink in our room. However, the service was quick to respond and we felt taken care of.
